Samir Bodas, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of SaaS unicorn Icertis, has passed away after a battle with cancer, the company said in a statement.“Samir was a visionary entrepreneur and force of nature as a leader. From the company’s earliest days, he believed that contracts could become a source of clarity, trust, and value for organisations around the world,” the statement said.Pune born Samir Bodas moved to the United States in 1982 to pursue his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin. Over the course of his career, he worked in companies such as National Instruments, Microsoft, iMandi, Jamcracker, Disha Technology, and Aztecsoft.
