B2B ecommerce company ArisInfra Solutions posted a consolidated net profit of INR 18.2 Cr in Q3 FY26, marking an over 9X jump from the INR 2 Cr PAT posted in the year-ago quarter. Sequentially, profit surged 20% from INR 15.3 Cr in the preceding September quarter.   Operating revenue for the quarter under review zoomed 49% YoY and 12% QoQ to INR 270.8 Cr. Including other income of INR 1.7 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at INR 272.5 Cr. Meanwhile, total expenses rose 37% YoY to INR 247.7 Cr. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter under review more than doubled YoY to INR 30 Cr while EBITDA margin expanded by 300 bps to 11% Founded in 2021 by Ronak Morbia and Bhavik Khara, ArisInfra operates an ecommerce platform that helps companies engaged in the construction business connect with vendors for sourcing materials like cement, steel, and aggregates.
