The new fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) factory that Dabur India is building in Tindivanam, Tamil Nadu, was officially inaugurated on 12 February. Located in the Tamil Nadu town of Tindivanam, the Tindivanam plant will mark Dabur’s entry into the southern Indian market. In a press release, the company announced that it has committed to investing INR 400 crore, with approximately one-third of that investment already underway.At the Tindivanam plant, Dabur’s Red Toothpaste and Meswak, among others, will be made in the first phase. In addition, it will produce hair oils under the Vatika and Anmol brands as well as the Dabur Gulabari and Vatika brands.
