Mira Kapoor-led urban wellness startup Dhun Wellness has raised $4 Mn (INR 36.6 Cr) in a fresh funding round from SRF Ltd and Havells India. The round also saw participation from a host of angel investors, including Inspira global director Arushi Aayush Agrawal, Saama Capital founder and managing partner Ash Lilani, Tracxn cofounder Abhishek Goyal, Genesis Luxury founder Sanjay Kapoor, and others. The startup plans to use the fresh funds to expand its footprint to Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. It also plans to launch a physical centre in Delhi NCR. A portion of the capital will go towards strengthening its clinical and longevity-led offerings as well as building operational depth across centres. Actor Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Kapoor founded Dhun Wellness in 2023 as a rejuvenation centre to offer spa treatments and wellness therapies. The startup’s flagship Mumbai facility in Bandra was opened in May 2025 to provide regenerative facials, Ayurvedic healing, and other treatments. Going forward, the wellness startup plans to build a comprehensive longevity vertical, focussing on preventive care, personalised wellness protocols and long-term health optimisation.
